Inufuto (Japan) has started 2025 with "Mieyen", its eighteenth game and a new entry in the labyrinth genre, available for almost 60 systems and consoles, including the Atari 8-bit.

The player finds themselves trapped in a maze where invisible monsters try to devour all the burgers scattered around the map. The objective is to defeat the enemies before they devour the food.

Although the creatures become invisible, the trails of removed crumbs they leave behind as they move provide clues to their location. Also, direct contact should be avoided, as touching a monster means game over.

With this release, Inufuto expands its already diverse library of games, launched in 2020, which includes proposals from genres as diverse as mazes, strategy, platformers, and shooters. Previous titles include Mazy, Neuras, and Hopman, also focused on maze challenges, as well as action and shooting games such as Impetus and Ruptus.

"Mieyen" not only maintains the Japanese programmer's commitment to creative diversity but also highlights his ability to adapt his games to an impressive number of systems such as the TRS-80 CoCo, ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64, Apple II, VIC-20 (VIC-1001), MSX, and other retro machines less known in the West, such as the Bandai RX-78, Casio FP-1100 computers, among others.
