Atari: The first three levels of “Trax” revealed

Prominent game developer Janusz "Shanti77" Chabowski has wowed gaming enthusiasts by sharing a new video showcasing the first three levels of his upcoming game, "Trax."
This is a top-down shooter that promises to provide an action-packed and fun experience. Chabowski collaborated with Jarosław "Odyn1ec" Wyszyński in developing this remarkable game.
The game's plot sees players battling the inhabitants of a hostile planet, while unlocking petrified machines that will open the exit to each level. Players will be able to use coins to purchase weapons and lives, as well as take advantage of hidden passages, keys, and elixir bottles to aid them in their journey.
One of the standout features of “Trax” is the addition of fast scrolling; a feature that activates for a moment to prevent the player from leaving the screen and maintain the intensity of the experience.
Although the game's music has not yet been finalized, it is expected to complement the on-screen action and provide an immersive atmosphere for players.
The graphics in “Trax” are top-notch, which is especially satisfying for Chabowski as his excellent game engines finally have the visuals they deserve.
It is worth noting that Chabowski is known for his addictive arcade games, such as "Gacek" and the shooter "Last Squadron", with which he won the ABBUC 2021 and 2020 editions, respectively. His experience and talent ensure that "Trax" will be an exciting and action-packed title.
“Trax” took 8th place in the 20th edition of the Atari Bit Byter User Club (ABBUC) 2022 retro contest.
