Felipe De Toro (Chile) published his version for Atari 8-bit computers of «Abu Simbel Profanation», an original adventure and platform game by Dinamic Soft (Spain, 1985).
The game puts us in the shoes of Johnny Jones - a possible relative of Indiana? - who has been transformed into a strange creature by the curse of Pharaoh Abu Simbel. To free himself, he must enter the Egyptian king's tomb; something that would be easy if it weren't for the traps and vermin he has to overcome along the way.
The game from the Spanish company consists of 45 different rooms. It is famous for its enormous level of difficulty, as it requires the player to be perfectly precise in order to avoid bats, snakes, spiders, mummies, as well as acid drops, killer rings and erupting volcanoes, among many other dangers.
This version works in NTSC video mode; although the author has advanced - through theAtariware Facebook Group- who is preparing another one for PAL systems.

It is worth remembering that «Abu Simbel Profanation» was originally released for ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC 464 and MSX. It is the last edition of the trilogy started by «Saimazoom» and continued with «Babaliba» (1984).
