    Vote for the digital works of the ATASCII online art contest

    A total of 36 digital artworks created using the 128 characters of the Atari 8-bit computer series are participating in the first ATASCII competition.


    As we mentioned before in Atariteca, renowned programmer Kamil "Gorgh" Trzaska (Poland) and Martin "Logiker" R. (Austria), member of the C64/CPC scene, are behind this contest, the results of which will be announced this Saturday, August 14.


    The judging panel consists of Stefan Vogt, creator of many text adventures (such as "Hibernated" and "The Curse of Rabenstein"); Wolfgang Bochar, who developed graphics for C64 (PETSCII), Amiga and PC(ANSI); Alex "The Enemy" Panchen, game expert and graphic designer for the Commodore 64 scene; Daniel Koźmiński, administrator of the Polish forum Atari Area; and Krzysztof "KAZ" Ziembik, administrator of the AtariOnline.pl website.

    The public can alsovote using this formuntil August 12: All the entries are displayed here and you can assign one to five stars to each of the digital works in the contest.
