There's nothing better to protect yourself from the cold than these colorful scarves with motifs from memorable Atari computer games for the XL/XE series.
The garments are offered in two models: the first pays tribute to the heroes of some legendary games such as World Karate Championship, Robbo, The Goonies, Donkey Kong, Boulder Dash, Hero, Bruce Lee, Zybex and Montezuma's Revenge; as well as several characters from titles we enjoyed more than 30 years ago.
The second model is dedicated toZybex, the popular shoot'em up from the English company Zeppelin Games (1988)In the first case, the registration is included"Atari XL/XE - Power without the price since 1982"in reference to the launch of the XL series. And in the Zybex one, it reads"Atari 8-bit - Power without the price since 1979", for the Atari 400/800 computers.
"We had this idea of scarves because that was our plan for about a year: we were thinking of something that could perfectly fit into every retro corner of ATARI," says Michał Michałowski, head of Retro Venture, the Polish company that manufactures the garments.
The scarves are 140 cm long by 20 cm wide. They are made of 100% acrylic wool and knitted on one side using HD technology, to ensure that the colours are close to the original pixels. The cost per unit is approximately USD 30, apart from shipping costs to anywhere in the world.
Interested parties can place their orders throughRetro Venture's EBay account; or you can also contact them throughyour Facebook page
