Telnet65: Remote connection via Telnet for Atari computers

Telnet65 is a program that allows an Atari 8-bit XL/XE series computer to remotely access another machine connected to the Internet.
This is shown in the video posted by Viktor "w1k" ÄŒech (Slovakia), who details that the client emulates a VT100 terminal to use the Telnet network protocol.
The program was developed by Oliver Schmidt, originally for the Commodore 64 and Apple IIe computers. The network part is based on IP65, a TCP/IP infrastructure for computers based on the 6502 microprocessor; and the terminal part, onCaTer - a program written in assembler for the C64which provides a serial terminal for Linux or Unix hosts.
As Schmidt explainson their GitHub page, the Atari version iscompatible with Dragon Cart cartridgeand requires a computer with at least 32 KB of memory.

In the video you can see "w1k" using Telnet65 v1.2 to connect to the irc.atarinet.com chat, using port 800. After going through different IPs, he connects to urql.com/atari@irc (which can be accessed from a PC at the URLhttp://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=##Atari
We should highlight that Cech uses in his videoan Atari800XE computer, which was the last 8-bit computer produced by Atari. It had the same hardware as the Atari 800XL, except for FREDDIE: a custom memory management chip that allowed up to 128 KB of RAM to be addressed. The machine was only sold in Eastern European countries, mainly Germany and Poland.
