Atari: Enhanced versions of Gunfright and Hot & Cold

We offer for download the optimized versions of Gunfright, port of the isometric game from Ultimate Play the Game (1985), and Hot & Cold, programmed by the Polish Kamil "Gorgh" Trzaska, both for Atari computers.
Regarding Gunfright, Mariusz "mariuszw" Wojcieszek highlights the updated loading screen with new colors by José Pereira and improved music by Mario "Emkay" Krix.
Additionally, in the scene of the duel with the bandits, when the player moves earlier, the time to shoot is longer. Finally, a bug from the original version was fixed - which caused corruption of the graphics of the game panel when the unlimited lives option was activated.

Download | 38 KbFor his part, Kamil "Gorgh" Trzaskaimproved his "Hot & Cold Adventure", a platform game that took fourth place at WAP-niak 2017, a retrofestival dedicated to Atari XL/XE series computers, held from May 12 to 14 in Warsaw (Poland).
"I've noticed that our game is getting difficult because the main character tends to fall, and it's quite irritating. I've fixed this by adding long platforms at the bottom of the screen," he said on the AtariAge forum.
