Carving the Hill is the title of a new isometric game for Atari 8-bit computers about adrenaline-pumping downhill skateboarding, which Polish programmer Kamil "Gorgh" Trzaska is working on.
Speaking to Atariteca, "Gorgh" said that this project is inspired byvideos the sport of longboards, very popular in the USA and Europe.
He said the game will try to emulate thereal conditionswhich are faced by theskaters. "Will haveacceleration and slowing downfrom the table,obstacles on the track, jumpsover the hills, trees and bushes on the sides of the road, etc."
At the moment, Trzaska is developing "Carving the Hill" on his own. However, he left open the possibility of having the talent ofZdenek "PG" Eisenhammerfor thegame music"We've already talked a little about that," he added.
